If you haven't tried Greek yogurt yet you should know that traditionally it's much thicker than regular yogurt.

For some people that takes some getting used to. I think Yoplait has the perfect balance with their new Greek yogurt.

Recently I received samples of Yoplait Greek yogurt with 2x the protein from My Blog Spark to review. It was not as thick as traditionl Greek yogurt but not as thin and runny as regular yogurt. I loved it and with twice the protein I almost need to eat it!

Next I had the Twofer sample it and they gave it a big Twofer Thumbs Up too. They like it so much, I used it on waffles the next day because I was really low on syrup and they ate it right up!

A while back I reviewed Truvia as an alternative to Spenda and regular sugar...specificaly, in my coffee.
