PJs for the Cure Helps You Stay Cozy and Helps Kids With Diabetes (Winner Update)
Monday, November 29, 2010 at 05:01PM Each year more than 15,000 children are diagnosed with juvenile diabetes
{12/15/10 UPDATE: winner of the PJs for a Cure is - Brett! Congratulations and check your email!
I met a woman a few months ago who's two year old son had recently been diagnosed with juvenile diabetes. She was telling me the stories of having him diagnosed, and of learning how to treat him. None of it was pleasant. Sometimes a two year old just doesn't want to sit still, and when you throw a finger prick in there I can only imagine the screams.
But now I know one fun way to help her and all the other parents out there struggling in their first few years of learning about juvenile diabetes.

100% of Every Dollar used to Purchase PJs from PJs for the Cure Goes to JDRF

Many of us talk about ways to give and one thing we look at is how much of our donation goes to 'administrative costs'. With PJs for the Cure you know that your donation really is going to benefit juvenile diabetes research. You can choose from a variety of fun designs for women, girls and boys pajama sets. They are manufactured in the United States and are priced very reasonably: $40 for womens and $25 for girls and boys.
