They make meal time easier- b/c I can use it as a healthy dessert bribe ;-)
Go Gurt makes our meal times easier because thats how I get the kids to sit and eat at all! lol I bribe them with Go gurt!
Yogurt is the one thing both my niece and nephew will ALWAYS eat!

My sis in law would always have a delicious cold snack ready by putting them in the freezer. Perfect for sore gums too!
