I like the tip about making cookies in shifts to eliminate some of the mess. It gives you time to clean up before doing the next batch. This Christmas we made cookies over a two day period.

I'm a huge fan of clean as you go when cooking!

I was relieved to read they actually advocate buying premade frosting. Yea!
I like the tip about cleaning your cutting board. I have always wondered good ways to do that.
I found this e journal both surprising and fun! I thought that there were a lot of good tips but this by far is the best!!
Clean as You Go: There’s nothing worse than dealing with a kitchen sink full of dishes when you need to rinse off some vegetables or fill a pot with water. Instead of letting things pile up, clean as you go. Rinse and put dishes in the dishwasher while you’re waiting for a pan to heat up or the water to boil. That way you don’t have a huge stack of pots and pans to clean after a big meal.

So often, we forget about the cutting board and just give it a wipe down. This is a very good tip. I like to keep Clorox cleaner around for that too.
I like the tip about doing the dishes as you go. It is so hard to do them all at the end.
Multi-taskers we are!

My fave tip is Keep Your Cookie Equipment Up to Snuff: Once you are finished with your cookie cutters, immediately put them in a large bowl full of soapy water and let them sit. This will help get off the extra dough that could be caked on your cookie cutters.

Don't forget to clean your cutting boards!
I like the idea of using strips of packing tape to pick up crumbs on tricky fabric surfaces.

I liked the tips for cleaning cutting boards. Mine always makes me nervous as to whether I got it clean enough or not.

Like this one from an old edition: If you will be traveling with a recently potty trained child, don’t forget to bring your portable travel potty. You might not be able to find a real bathroom quick enough, but you can always pull over and use your travel potty.
