For me, the best part of the trip last year was the service. From the hospitality suite, to the last-minute adjustments the staff had to make to bring us inside for dinner one night (NOT an easy task), even to the folks who stood out in the cold all night waving their Mickey Mitts and those lights so that we knew where to go....

Disney time and again proves their #1 concern is customer service. At least that's how I see it.

It's a toss-up between...

Anissa Mayhew from Free Anissa (@AnissaMayhew on Twitter):  because in less than a year she has celebrated her daughter hitting a cancer-free milestone, made an amazing recovery from a life-threatening stroke, and continues to give others hope by telling her story.

and

Susan from Toddler Planet (@WhyMommy on Twitter): because she's battling cancer every single friggin day and yet she ALWAYS has a smile - at least for me. I know she has bad days but she has taught me to screw the bad days, focus on the good, and appreciate every single moment.

Well, WE MADE IT!

With another huge storm barreling down on us in the DC Area it became a scramble to try and get out.

But somehow it was in our cards to be here...

What is the Disney Social Media Moms Conference?

We'll be talking social media, blogging, and Disney as we hear from a number of speakers and are treated to some special things as on Disney can do.

I'll be tweeting and whrrling so you can see how the conference is going, what we get to experience, and how our families are holding up...you know, seeing as we dragged them kicking and screaming to Disney in the middle of frigid February.

With another 20 inches of snow at home.
