Jealous! A Harry Potter Surprise at Univeral Orlando

With the release of the "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2" last week I realized the Twofer and I need to catch up on our movie watching.

Em has read all the books and we all LOVED our visit to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando this year. So now instead of banning Harry Potter, I REALLY want the girls to see this last HP movie in a theater. The sights, the sounds, all brought to life and yes, probably scary but still - a memory a kid will remember forever.

I STILL remember seeing the 3rd Star Wars movie in the theatre with my family including the line around the building.

So this past weekend we got caught up - thank goodness for InDemand or PayPerView or whatever The Mister set up for us. Now I can pick a night to take the girls to see Part 2!

Too bad for us, we were not part of the midnight showing they held at AMC Universal in Orlando last week.

Those guests were surprised in a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity..

They got exclusive overnight access to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

And just LOOK at their faces.

Now I can't wait to see the movie!

Have you seen it yet??

One of my favorite quotes

There is a cult movie about a teenage boy, who likes to fake his death, falling in love with an 80 year old woman.

If you've never seen "Harold and Maude" do so now.

No really, now.

Go to Amazon and search on Harold and Maude DVD

I'll wait.

Maude is full of amazing quotes that make you smile, laugh and nod in agreement.

Yesterday I was reminded to look up my favorite quote from the movie (no, I don't have Harold and Maude memorized but I DO have it in VHS) as a local Twitter friend mentioned the movie on a Facebook discussion.

A lot of people enjoy being dead. But they are not dead, really. They're just backing away from life. *Reach* out. Take a *chance*. Get *hurt* even. But play as well as you can. Go team, go! Give me an L. Give me an I. Give me a V. Give me an E. L-I-V-E. LIVE! Otherwise, you got nothing to talk about in the locker room.

There are so many others. If you have seen the movie, I'd love to know your quote. You can look up some of them at IMDB, Movie Quote Database, or from script-o-rama!

Have you seen the movie (yet)? What's your favorite part or quote?
