Mother's Day isn't all roses

Don't get me wrong, for those of you who received roses for Mother's Day I think they are a fine gift.

Me?

I prefer things like...

a nap (check)

relaxing with a book (check)

vegging out with a movie and popcorn (check, check)

a good, juicy burger and french fries (check, check and a double check for the milkshake)

I did get some Bonus prizes too:

a pillow pet (seriously, these things are so soft and cuddly I can't wait for bed!)

two keychains with original artwork

a selection of handmade gifts (note the magazine paper bead necklace)
