So, you know that egg casserole that is supposed to sit overnight?

What happens when you let an egg casserole sit for 4 nights?!?!

Yes, I tried to be all I'm-gonna-be-prepared-and-make-an-easy-dinner-ahead-of-time-and-all-I'll-have-to-do-is-pop-it-in-the-oven. Well I forgot about it.

For 4 days and nights.

And this is how it looks.

SO - the question is, should we eat it?

Here is what's in it:

Eggs (10, organic of course - why couldn't I mess up the 'regular' ones?)

Milk

Bread crusts

Shredded cheddar cheese

It has been covered and in a fridge in my basement this whole time. The basement frides is good for storing things, but bad for forgetting them.

Plan Ahead #FAIL

Have you ever tried to be on top of things only to screw them up?
