I Got my Ass Kicked and Lived to Blog About it.
Friday, May 6, 2011 at 09:26AM This is the Facebook post where I second-guess the 'trade' deal I recently brokered:

This is the guy that carried out said ass-kicking this morning
at 6:00 am
Cause why not pour salt into the wounds?
This is the BACON chocolate bar he let me sample after the work out.

According to Tim, "when your insulin is low, right after a workout, that's when I tell my chocoholics to eat their chocolate."
I'm still not sure if I love him for that...or hate him.
And this is the text he sent me after I got home.
Charming, no?
If you are interested in hiring Tim to push you a little, oh just a little more {rolls eyes} than you normally push yourself, you can find him at GetResultsTrainers.com and on Facebook. He does more than help you work out better, he also can put together a whole nutrition plan as well as a fitness plan.
His goal is that you fire him in 3 months.
By then you know what to do, and you've seen the change you want.
I'm hoping I can make it that long.

Janine - I hired a trainer last June. We meet twice a week. I hate her. Not really, but for an hour each session, she makes me want to hate her. But I can't. Not when today I realized that my jeans really are too big and that I really do need to go buy some new ones.
However, my trainer, Sami, has yet to recommend that I eat chocolate after a workout, but she does encourage me to eat baked potatoes with extra cheese. I can live with that.
Keep it up. And if you feel like crying after a workout, trust me, that's normal. =)
Kettlebell will make you cry the next day. I love/hate it. Ibuprofen is right!
