Lost keys and phones? Check your pockets and, um, your hand
Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 09:00AM The other day I got a call from an old college friend. Actually, I got a call from her youngest daughter.
She's two.
See her daughter was playing with her phone because my friend was in the mall with all 4 girls (did I mention 4 ages 6 and under?) and SHE HAD LOST HER KEYS!
Nightmare.
About 20 minutes after the call I got a text from my friend that she had found her keys!
In her pocket.
Been there mama. Too many times to count.
Here's the full transcript so you can see what I recently did.

Have you ever lost your sunglasses (on top of your head), your keys (on the special key hook you hung up just for your keys), or your cell phone IN YOUR HAND?
No?
What kind of mother are you?!?!

Thanks for sharing the story!
I once had a coworker roam the office halls accusing everyone of "stealing" her glasses. She couldn't find them anywhere ...and we were all to blame. After about an hour of completely losing her mind over who stole them, she realized they were on her head all along. Years later, she still hasn't forgiven us for not telling her :)
