Frigidaire is Encouraging Families to Cook Together and Win

Remember my days as a Frigidaire Test Drive mom?

I am still enjoying the affinity washer and dryer set including the money we save from it's high efficiency, low energy and low water usage. What does that have to do with cooking?

When I cook with the girls we make a big mess.

For example, when I made these homemade bagels we used about 5 dish towels AND aprons.

Also, to cut down on trash and help the environment I'm starting to use more cloth napkins instead of napkins and paper towels in the kitchen.

Launching January 18th, the Frigidaire Kids' Cooking Academy is an online school with tips, recipes, and videos hosted by Chef Mary Sue Milliken to help your family work together to make delicious and nutrition meals.

Why should you join the Frigidaire Kids' Cooking Academy?

1. Because Frigidaire will donate $1 to Save the Children for every parent that joins, to ensure that more kids have access to healthy foods.

2. For the chance to win a daily prize of a kids' apron set

3. For the chance to win the grand prize of a NEW Frigidaire Double Oven Range!

I can't wait to see the site once it launches and check out the tips. What tips do you have to keep your family eating and cooking healthy together?

Disclosure: As a member of the Frigidaire Test Drive program I received a $50 gift card to purchase groceries so that my family can prepare a healthy meal. All opinions are my own and this post was neither reviewed nor approved prior to being published.
