Freakin' squirrel

To go along with our new garden The Mister invested in some fancy schmancy bird feeders to attract birds that would keep insect pests under control.

We have 2 birdfeeders, 2 large bags of birdfeed (good thing) and a bird bath.

We also have 2 very determined squirrels.

We tried a longer pole.

We tried a 'squirrel baffle'...a $15 plastic disk that sits on top of the feeder but near the bottom of the long pole so if they manage the climb the pole they will slip off the baffle...and be baffled!

Unfortunately, we are the ones getting baffled.

Next up?

Grease the pole.

We just try to enjoy the squirrels and give them some corn cobs. You have to get a squirrel bunji feeder - they are SO funny to watch them on those!
