Easy Bagel and Lox Featuring Bumble Bee Salmon

Yesterday morning I was craving bagels and lox.

I love the salty taste of smoked salmon against cool cream cheese and the tang of a nice, thin slice of onion. Mmmmm, Sunday morning at it's best.

But alas, I had no bagel and no lox. I did, however these ingredients:

Cream cheese

Packaged Salmon like Bumble Bee Wild Pink Salmon

Tomato

Arnold's Select Sandwich Thins

Sliced Onion

Was this enough to cure my bagel and lox craving?

The sandwich thins toasted nicely, and the salmon was not as salty as real lox, but had good flavor and filled me up.

Where did I decide to get so adventurous? A friend of mine was a member of the Bee Squad and brought me along to a party Bumble Bee hosted at BlogHer this year. <-- If you didn't click on that link you might want to. Yes, I really did make that face. Yes, Chef Scott made tuna taste that good.
