This is as close as I'll ever come to a Wordless Wednesday because, well, I have a lot to say.

But this photo says it all.

I swear, if we had a food scale I just know he would have used it to measure each one too.

I noticed this some years ago...once when Stew made omelets and the peppers were diced to precise 1/4" squares. And I mean PRECISE. By his own admission he does have "selective OCD".
